96 Eclipse Sideskirts

I have a full Combat Kit and I had my uncle paint the car and install the front bumper but we aren't sure how to attach the sideskirt. Do we use urethane and bolt them to the back and front?

There should be existing tabs to clip them on.

Go to some autoparts store and look for "3m 2-party panel bonding" made for fiberglass to metal.
