Car strobe lights

Does anyone kno how to hook up strobe lights to work with an alarm or just to work?? any feed back would be great...

Hey man, I am not sure myself, but I know some guys with strobes in their trucks, and one guy with them in the cavi, so I will check with them next time I see them and get back to you, if you already didn't find out by then

strobe lights are simple.. power, ground and remote switch.. thats it.. not sure about how to hook it up to yer alarm though..

i got them connected but i want them to blink while the alarm is activated and work normally with a switch... right now i use them with my parking lights and a switch. i would like it to be like the alarm led and be activated and working when the alarm is activated tho... but thanks for ur help guys..... ur help is appreciated

well you'd some how have to boost the signal from the alarm to them because i tried to hook up two normal blinking lights and that was too much of a drain..my advice go talk to some car audio and alarm installers they would know "IF" there's a way.

It's easy, find a powered output from your alarm, and plug that power into a relay's switch pole. Then run the strobe off the battery through the relay.

I've got my neon underglo to flash with my alarm, you'll need a relay, and a diode (however you spell that) you need the diode to allow the current to run in one direction. so run the alarm parking light activation to the relay the the relay to the battery... then connnect the diode to your relay and your strobes then your strobes to your relay. So the diode will only allow power to run to your strobes when activated by your switch or your alarm activation.

if that still doesnt work go to a shop!!!! i had to because i forgot the diode... my neons stayed on because there was a constant source of power gogin to them i guess the diode stops that! but yo its looks soooo tight hit the alarm nutin but blue!!

any clue how i could use an auxiliary output on my alarm to turn on the radio, windows down/up, etc....... i know that usually its only a momentary thing..... it just would look pimp to turn on all the neons, windows drop and deck goes on with a push of a button.... i know i need relays for it but i dont think a regular 30a relay would cut it...... help ?
