I have a 1995 talon TSI I was wondering what it would take to swap a 97+ eclipse bumper onto it? Does it bolt up? Thanks a lot!

yeah it would bolt on you just need new headlight their gonna have a small gap since u have a 95 your headlights are proably foggy well at least one
 
The 95-96 headlights are a bit smaller compared to the 97-99. If you add a 97+ front bumper you will have a gap from the old headlights. I suggest changing the headlights to the 97-99 style to make it look right.
