Painting rear hatch bezel on 1G Talon

I have a 92 6/3 Talon TSi and I was inquiring about how I would go about painting the center bezel just above the license plate and the red side parts, I want to make it all black so all I have is tail lights that are colored. Has anyone done this, I have heard about a spray paint product named Night Shades but im wondering if this would give me the weffect that im looking for.

The part that I am talking about is the piece in the middle that goes across from the turn signals and is orange as well as the little red pieces by the license plate and backup signals.

did you just pop the bezel off and take off the reflector so its clear and painted it black, or how did you do it =)

i painted mine... just tape off anything you dont want paint on. and spray away. be sure you wet sand it first. or sand it somehow. make sure it is really smooth before you paint. its all in the preperation. i have pics on here somewhere. just look up my name in the gallery
