Radio Wiring Harness???

I got a new radio, well its used, but its new to me, and its got this wire that says, "control b+" and my radio wont work, i wonder if this is why.

please help!!

ONLY A GUESS but I think that's the brightness control so your radio lights can be adjusted like the rest of the dash. BUT ASK AN AUDIO SHOP. Surely one of them will be happy to give you an answer, and pick up some sound mat or a screwdriver set or something while you're there.

Well, since it's a used radio, is it an after market or factory. If it's a factory, that might be the problem but if it's to control the lights, I doubt it.
