headlights again

I have asked multiple questions abou headlight bulbs but im still confused. Ok, I bought some APC Super White bulbs for my 95 talon esi, however, im afraid to put them in because on the box it says "can cause major damage to vehicle" can anyone help me on that one? Also it says "not for street use" what exactly is "street use"? If anyone can help me please do. Thanks

They always say not for street use. how many watts are the bulbs?

the box says "100 Watts" and then under that it says "Xenon brillance 130 watts"

Those are alot of watts. I don't suggest using them.

Someone told me that the 130 Watts was just how bright they are and not the real wattge of the bulb

dont get anything APC, even bulbs, i had the APC Hyper Whites, after 3 nights, one burnt out, i got rid of those.......if you have the money and good quality bulbs.....go for the Silvania SilverStars...20$ a peice, but just get the Low Beams, Stock High's are good enuf

About the wattage.....what exactly is the watts if it says, "actual 100" and then says "brightness wattage 130"?? I just dont want anything to mess up
