1g Talon OEM Speaker Replacement

Now that it's time for me to replace the stock speakers, i went to take out the dash speakers, and they are 12ohm. That suprised me. I know that the dash and door speakers are on the same channel, but how are they wired? What impedence speakers should i buy for the dash and doors? I would prefer the impedence to be 4ohm, but that all depend son how it's wired.

i never knew it mattered about all that...i just put all Pioneer Pro's all the way around in mine...they are light and they sound AWESOME...4" dash's, 6.5" door's, 6x9 rear's, and then i got 2 10" 350W RMS subs with a 800W amp...
