second, how do i mount the hood pins? i want them mounted close to the fenders not twords the middle of the bumper. ill try to find a pic.

how hard is it to position them like that and where do you dril the holes? how do you get the metal washers on the cf hood also?

I doubt ebay is selling "true" VIS hoods.
