Well, ever since I saw this thread, I've wanted to get more black and less tan into my talon.
I found some black seats and door panels using car-part.com for what I felt was a reasonable price.
Seats were a piece of cake. 4 bolts and 2 connectors (my tan driver's seat was power). A little elbow grease to get them cleaned up. The new black seats have some imperfections, but no worse than my tan seats, just different.
Door panels were also pretty easy. See this thread for removal/install of the door panels. Again, a little elbow grease to clean them up. There are a lot of small screws on the inside of the panels. Be careful dealing with these as the plastic screw holes/receivers break off pretty easily.
Decided to keep the insert and the vent tan to give just a little contrast.
Working on getting the black rear interior panels next. Not sure if I will bother with the underside of the dash/console and the kick panels or not.
I like it much better now. What do you all think?
