What would a estimated cost to paint a stock 97-99 front bumper and the grey on the bottom of the 95-96 sideskirts and back bumper cost in the stock black color?

Depends, if you sand it all yourself, then take it to a body shop to have them spray all that is should only cost about $150-200.

You JUST want the bumpers/skirts done? and no paint put on the car to fade the two colors together? then I would say $150ish tops... To do it right, paint them all and fade the new paint in with the old so it would match better, I would say around $400ish...
