I just wanted some opinions on my car and some stuff taht might help it look a little better. I like it now but ive seen better. I got some eibach pro's to get rid of some of that gap. Some clear front bumper reflectors.

Get rid of the orange part on your taillights so it's all red.

That's what I'd do if I had your car.

Tint! It will make your car look ten times better, and help your wheels match with your car.

The biggest difference you could make would be changing the wheels and tinting the windows. If you want to stay with a smaller sized rim like the ones you have, get something purpose oriented. The car will automatically look good if it looks like it was built to be tough on a racetrack.

Yeah, definitely a 97-99 Eclipse conversion. Most Talon guys hate that but it will definitely let the car look much more aggressive especially with a big FMIC.

I'm in middle of doing a full 2gb conversion at the moment.

By the way im happy with the way my car looks now but just wanting some advice.

^Sounds like you're already improving a lot.

The 2Gb eclipse conversion isn't really all that expensive. Much cheaper and better looking than a decent body kit IMO. If I were doing it, I'd just do the front bumper. I like the 2Ga Talons all except for the smiley face bumper, -the twisty side skirts and thumbnail spoiler are pretty sweet IMO.

Get a Huge massive wing, some altezza taillights, 6in exhaust tip, NOS Stickers and some LED Valve stems and Id say you'll be set...

Seriously Id do the 2gb conversion or like they said at least the front bumper and some 2gb headlights if you can swing that, maybe clear side markers, I dunno how much VHT taillights would look on the car since its black and white already.

Screw you guys! too many Eclipse conversions out of talons! The talons look hot how they are.

Carbon Fiber Hood, Screw the Clear bumper reflectors, get smoked ones... thats what I have and they are soo much nicer... Get some VHT Nightshade and tint your tails a little, then smoke the hell out of the signals on your tails...... Use the eibach springs! very good! Maybe a 2gb Talon Wing? I love those!

Oh, rip apart your headlights, and paint the chrome trim black!

Im thinking just the bumper, cause I like everything else on my car. I think that will be the extent I go for looks, besides a paint job a few years down the road.

I pretty much agree with Infinite. Clear corners are weak, smoke them out along with your tails. Go with the 2gb talon bumper before the eclipse one. Also go wingless or the high talon wing. Tuxedo talons FTW

There are a few other sets, and there is also a set of LED/Projector/Halo headlights that are going around but they are only for the 2ga headlights, too bad!

Then what you do with the tail lights, do like a light layer of VHT on the tails, then mask off the tails a few days later from the signals... then smoke the signals darker... it would look awsome!

I would do the 2gb talon front end, Wing, and with that 2gb talon front bumper, the 2gb projector fogs, but refinish them to be black... so that they are dark inside the bumper... Thats what I would do! But I have an eclipse and locating talon parts... is a bi***. I have a talon rear bumper, and tails... but nothing else.

The light output on egay projectors are worse then stock painting your own headlights would be better. These just have the "look cool" factor going for them

Spend the money on a nicer set of wheels. I like what Zach said about 'purpose built wheels.' You do not need to be rich to have nice wheels. The Enkei RPF1 wheels are some of the coolest, lightest, strongest wheels you can get and they are very affordable.

And these lights work better then my stock ones when I was 2ga. I wasn't about to spend $160 on stock used 2gb headlights, which seems to be the going rate. That's bull, I got these for $75 shipped and they work great.

I just had to chime in about headlights.
The ones posted above are ug. No two ways about it. They do look good on the black car above my post, however.

Something about the near stock appearing, black housing, INSET lights rather than protruding lights, and that amber blinker just makes me love them.

But then again I just sanded and polished my stockers for near the same result.

As far as improving the appearance of your car though through other means besides a headlight and bumper conversion, I would suggest different wheels.
Keep the Talon rear end!

they used to sell projectors without halo's that looked exactly like OEM Projectors, the High beam housing looked just like ours...

PieEyedPiper, I'm talking about 2GA, not 2GB... Everyone with a flippin talon is doing that... And yet the talons look flippin hot. Just because everyone is doing it, why does everyone else have to do it? Keep the numbers man! Talons are a Dieing breed, but yet they are soo insanly gorgeous! Plus, they make those same projectors for the 2GA, except they dont have the bubble because only 2gb has that.

Not even that! A clean paint job and no damage! Thats what makes a DSM Look better! Too many of our cars are being abused and mis treated! like my 97... it was soo trashed when I got it... Its almost puting me 6ft under just to get it back to OEM Clean Standards!

DSM's are sexy period! Talons, Eclipse's... They should all be proud of what they are, instead of trying to be something else. If you have a Talon, keep it a talon! If you want to be somewhat different.... Get a GST Spyder, do the 2gb Talon Conversion on the body, and then convert it to AWD! YUMMY...

Hey, also something you could try.... Pull your stock headlights apart... its very easy, there are tons of tutorials all over this forum, and paint the chrome peice to match the color of your car! I've seen it done a few times and it looks hot!
Like this... but paint matching it to your car.. or whatever else you think would look sexy... Or just black to look like the 2gb headlights.

And here's the tutorial about taking apart your headlights and clearing the signal... (I highly sugjest using Silvania Silverstars for this... they look KILLER when not turned on showing a blueish purpleish color inside the clear lens, but when illuminated, they are legal amber!)
