What does an original GS look like under hood/bumpers?

I have an unoriginal air intake on my car (the big red tube on attached picture) - how is the originale intake/filter supposed to look like?
I need to get an original air intake - how many parts would that be? Is all in one part?

Also, appearantly i'm missing the bumper reinforments - since i don't have it, i'm not sure what i'm missing - does anyone hae any pictures of what an original 98 GS looks like behind the bumpers?

Is it normal to remove these when mounting body kit, or is it most likely removed after an accident?

a lot of kits require removing all or part of the support. put up a pic of your front and rear and someone may be able to tell you if the stock supports will fit

why do you need to put the stock intake back in...from the looks of it youll need the whole air box and black tube.

I'm in the proess of building my car back to original state. So the car had the blitz style body kit. Now i have original bumpers, but i'm missing the reinforement.

To install the original air intake, do i need part number 14, 13, 7 and 6 from the picture below? Or is this something else?

Yes, you will need everything in that diagram. #14 is just a worm clamp, #13 is the actual plastic pipe that runs from the TB to the air filter holder (or whatever it's called), #7 plastic thing which holds the filter between its self and the other half (#1), which is attached to the frame. Why do you want to restore back to stock specs? You'll get faster answers on the 2g n/t if you post in the 420a tech section.

You are right about the inspection. I live in the sickest country in the world when it comes to cars, and unfortunately for me, going to some other inspectors is not possible since i'm registering a forreign car exported from US, and they only accept it if it's 100% original. They even whined about the center piece between the rear lights, because it was unoriginal..

I'm still looking for a picture of the rear bumper with reinforcement (the inside), and the rear part of the car without a bumper on...
