Brake Light On Talon Wing???

So I noticed that my brake light on the wing is out. My question is simple. How do I replace the bulbs/leds? I've read about people just removing them in whole, but I don't want to do that. By the way this is on a 1996 Eagle Talon with the factory spoiler. Thanks for the help!

Check the wiring first, then hit up Mitsubishi Graveyard or eBay for another. If it's failed, it's the first LED array dying that I've heard of.
