Painting stripped-out interior.

What would you guys suggest for painting the bare metal in my car? Do you think much prep is needed? Spray paint or is that a no no?

Well, as long as the metal is clean, you should be good to go. The inside's not subjected to the same beating the exterior paint is.

As far as the spray paint goes, if the paint is going to be covered by the interior panels, then who cares? Paint from a gun is naturally going to look better, but it costs more too...

Use a degreaser on it first then usually soapy water and rinse it. Paint away.
