3G Rear seats in a 2G

Would a 3g rear seat fit into a 2g? I have an oppertunity to get a nice rear seat in black, but not sure on the fitment. Any help would be appricated.

I would assume not, you have a better chance of the front seats fitting. But let us know how it goes.

just for reference te 3g front seats bolt up to 2g sliders. I have seen it done.

Hey guys, does anyone know if the 3g rear seats in a spyder are the same as the 2g rear spyder seats? They look pretty similar but Im unaware of the dimesions. Heres a picture of the 3g rear seat setup:

I'm not sure if they will work or not, but I have wondered the same thing about 3g rear seats in general.
Ever since I saw the back seats of a 3g.
Even the regular model's rear seats look like they would fit a 2g.
Hopefully someone that has tried this can chime in...........
