Im 99% sure thats a custom color, it definately isnt a factory color. Try asking the guy on cardomain. If you dont have a profile on there make one quick, it only takes less than 10 minutes.

If you dont get a reply, the best thing to do would be to try to color match your own custom paint mix by eye to be as close to that color as you can.

Might be Candy Brandy Wine from House Of Kolors paint or Candy Apple Red which you can search for since more than one company has there own paint with this name.

I think thats just our stock ceyanne red pearl... p88 is the code heres my bumper I had painted like 3 weeks ago.
EDIT it is the stock p88 if you look at his page you will see the car "before" in stock form with the same color...eclipse and talon used it in 97-98. I worked at napa and double checked it because I was going to buy a stock talon bumper the same color

Nahh you wont believe what I have been going through with this. I cant get inspected untill I get my check from my wreck and its taking forever. I still need to pick up a few things and I got this pesky cel that wong go away....its because of my GAS CAP thats insane. I will post em as soon as I get em though, im starting to get upset haha
