Spoiler Fading

I just finished washing my car and I was looking at spoiler and it starting to fade is there anything I can do or put on my spoiler to prevent further fading.

I don't know if it works or is good for it but I have heard of people putting armorall or a similar product on them

Good old wax never hurt anyone.

Wet sand, cut and buff, wax.

The good old "$50 PaintJob", works every time.

wet-sanding might not help if there is no clearcoat left. Wet sanding will just start taking off the basecoat if all the clear is already gone.

The fading on my spoiler is not so bad that it needs painting not yet at least I trying to see what more I can do to prevent anymore damage.

Try parking the shade more. Your paint is like your skin too much sun and you'll burn (the paint fades)

I find the shadiest spot and work and park in it!

DO NOT armor all your spoiler you will be pist at yourself for doing it. Been there . Keep the armor all on the interior.

I tried to put some wax on the spoiler but it still continues fade anyone eles have ideas on what to do.

1500 cut buffing compound with a high speed buffer wool pad at 1400 rpm. Then use 3m perfect it 2 hand glaze on a FOAM pad to remove swirls. After youre done wax it with armoral diamond hard shine or similar type, cleaner waxes will have your work dull by your next wash... keep in mind that when you wash you lose a coat of wax so you should re apply at least to the wing every time you wash... I used this on my black car, usually lasted about a month or so without having to re do it.
