2G GST pwr window is acting up...Help please

When I drop or open my drivers side window the left side goes first, then the right will follow. Then, if I want to put the window back up, I have to physically help it up.

My question: Look at the pic. Can I take the door apart and "inspect" or should I take it in to a professional glass installer to fix it.

What bolts and screws do I open to gain access to the window. If thats even possible.
