Hello all!
I just installed a set of matrix racing M3 mirrirs. have anyof you seen then installed? How do you think they look?
I have a broker mirror and I got the set for 40 bucks.

I wouldn't paint them the same color as your car... Look at the color of your car! I would paint them and the whole car something else.

SO? Are they POWER or MANUAL!!!!!
I may be mistaken, but I believe that all M3 mirrors are manual. I read somewhere on line how this guy converted his to power though. You have to rip apart your factory power mirrors, and then install motors and wiring of each one into the oposite M3 mirror. Something about how the motor won't fit in correctly doing a basic swap. I'll see if I can find it if your interested.

I like the mirrors, but I do have a question. How did your car stay so clean, i'm just getting this from the obvious slush in the background of the pic.

they are koo.. but sacraficing my power mirrors is something i really dont think is worth it.. as for weight.. a few lbs isnt gonna do a difference.. if you can retain the power mirrors then those would be phat.. of course in matching color as the car and not cf style or some isht.. just my .02

well, I can supply input to this thread now :)

UPS just delivered my m3 mirrors today.

I got the black housings, not carbon fiber (uck)

They seem to be ok quality. unfortunetly I got the LED ones. The price was right though. I figured I could just paint over the lense or something. Or possibly change the LEDs inside from blue to orange for blinekrs.

anyway. teh black housing looks ALOT better.

these are are not power though.

i dont see needing power mirrors.. you adjust them once, and that is it. they are not like power windows where you use them constently.

these do seem to adjust very smoothly though. over all.. im happy with them. not bad for 50 bux shipped.
