Saskatoon,
So there I was, ripping apart my car getting ready for a 6 bolt turbo swap and a paint job when wham! I ran into this. The rear passenger quarter has been diagnosed with rusty melanoma. Its the only part on the car with rust like this. I didn't even see it because the factory side skirt was hiding it. Attached is two pictures, one of the outside obviously and one on the inside looking at the wheel well with all the interior plastic off. I am a welder by trade ( just passed my second level baby!) and have no problem going balls out and taking this project on myself ( have all the tools needed) any detailed plans of attack from some autobody vets will be greatly appreciated. thanks

normal stuff......gring it down fill it with some glue hardening compound...sand, then bondo, some more sanding...then coat the inner panel with gear oil... or do the smae thing as the out side. also find out the source for the rust. somthign caused water ...(maybe even salt) to build up and sit there, and rust out... find that and prevent it.
