easy rim powdercoating?

how hard would it be to powdercoat rims like these, leaving only the lip and those little bolts a polish color? these rims do not come apart either.

I don't see a link or a picture...But just tape off the lip or put a deck of cards around the edges in the gap if there is one, and paint away. As for the bolts, I guess I would do the same, but a pic would help.
 
sorry, forgot about the picture its up now. im thinking about painting it a gold color. gold on white sounds like a good combo to me
 
Are they brand new wheels? If you are buying brand spanking new wheels why don't you get them powder coated? Although painting wheels looks good powdercoating will look better. If you're investing that much in a pair of wheels why not go all out?
