Need gauge help! Please!

Just got some reverse glow gauges for my 95 Talon Esi. I thought that I would save myself some money and got them off of e-bay. They are the right ones, and they look cool, but the directions are very basic. Like, remove instrument cluster, put new gauges on, route wires, reinstall cluster. DUH!. What I would like to know is, do I have to remove the old guage faces, do I unhook all Lighting wires from old faces, how will the needles light up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

my cousin got indiglo's he just put them on top of the old ones..hope this helps.

Yeah dude, just let me know what you need to know, i did mine, they just go over the other ones, DONT take the needles off, just route the wires around to the back, lemme know man....
