I have the Mach V OEM Heavy Leather Shift Knob. After screwing around with the wires and such under my center console and putting it all back together, my shift knob doesn't fit as tight as it did before. I can only get it to face forward if I let it be a little loose, which can get annoying during normal driving. If I try to tighten it anymore, I get a half-turn around and it gets fully tightened. Is there any way to adjust the shift knob so I can get it tight while still facing forward?

Sucks.

Good to know I'm not the only one, though, I guess.

I know some knobs have a nut in them that you can adjust, so I looked in mine. But alas, no nut.
