front bumper cover repairable?

the bottom spoiler/lip part on my 97 gst is damaged. the lady who owned the car before me must have ran it into a curb. it is not cracked but dented in badly. is this fixable or should i join the legions of people who are looking for a replacement one? fiber glass repair kits would do nothing for me, correct?

The bumper is urethane. If it's cracked or dented you might as well get a new one.

Well I was told my bumper could be fixed, with some new plastic repair thingy. It was of cost $60 to fix. I got a new 1 though.
