not sure what you are talking about exactly, a pic would help, but if you mean those little covers in the shape of a U, they pop right off

yeah man..they pop straight off...just take a flathead screwdriver...wedge it in there..and pop it on out...then there will be a big ass bolt there...you can unbolt it and then you will have your seatbelt off...but i know thats not what you were asking so yeah..

Thanks! I was looking at them the other night and I couldn't figure out how they came off.
Some company wants to install a harness bar on my car Saturday, that's why I ask.

ummm, check with Defiant, but i believe its against the law to remove factory safety harnesses with the vehicle still on the road.

its only against the law if you get caught or if you dont have a replacement harness, for example a 4 point

You'll find 4-points, "For Racing Use Only" are illegal on the street. Out here, it costs you $470 to find that out, the first time.

ummm...then i must ask...why do you want to remove the seatbelt covers if not to remove the actual seat belts?

Gotta love North Dakota where they don't care about harnesses vs. seatbelts.

Harness bars usually use stock locations for placement. Unbolting the shoulder straps and bolting both to the existing port is logical.

I'll let the picture do the talking... Understand?
