I am considering buying some rims and tires from guy on ebay...

yeah actually dude one of my freinds here in town has those exact rims off of ebay, hes selling 16" with tires with like 95% tread left on them for 450 bucks let me know if your intreseted
and if you do go with those good luck man, they look good for the price

if they are...if you get a few pics of the ones hes selling, id be interested in buying em...only thing is he'd put em on ebay. (thats the only way my stepdad is gonna let me get em...hes not particularly fond of buying without the security of ebay and all of that junk) hit me back.
