we all know everyone's opinion on the chrome altezza's out right now for the 1st gens...

now i wanted to know everyone's opinions on these new altezza's... check it out...

carbon fiber tails look better than altez, well, atleast from what i seen.. it's just, more pleasing to the eye than those shiney ass altezzas ^_^ my .02

A5ian5murf When did these new lights come out?? Do you know the exact date??

I like them quite a bit. The center piece won't fit on a 92 Talon so I wouldn't be able to use it anyway. My car is The dark candy maroon color and I wanted Altezza's either chrome or Carbon Fiber.

I didn't know that they were going to make Carbon Fiber lenses for the 1 Generation. I think I will go with them. It just depends on what look I want. Some people are going to say they are "ricey" regardless of if I get the chrome or carbon fiber.

The Carbon fiber set looks really high tech and probably more factory like to people oblivious to car design. If I get gunmetal rims with my dark maroon I will definitely go with the Carbon Fiber ones if I can even find them. Thanks for sharing, because I didn't even know they were out. I think they will be much more popular than the chrome altezza's,but they still do cost too much though even for the unique look.

Not bad, but they'd still look best on a black car. I've seen some altezzas that had red lenses instead of the clear and you could only tell they were altezzas when they lit up. I'm not saying i'd get them because I love the stock tails, but it'd look even better than the carbon fiber ones.

wow, alot of good comments so far... im surprised, i'd definitley like to see them on your car, it's body color is not too bright, and you have gun metal rims... hopefully it will all com together when you install the CF lights.... sick

ps. jjay, i was just checking out the chrome ones on ebay, to see if anyone was bidding thier money away for those bad boys ()... anyways, im just like you, i was surprised to see them as well... and i'd also like to look at all the people's face when they finish bidding and won those chrome altezza's . but it happens... later

a5sian5murf, most who get the chrome Altezza's off of ebay, I would bet that is their only mod and it is probably on a non turbo car. I want a look somewhat similiar to TalonBlingBlingster except my car is going to be maroon (possible bodykit) and it does have other detail differences.
