Does anyone know a place where I could get the rubber/plastic piece that you put on with the antenna I misplaced it when I painted the car and I cant seem to find one anywhere.

It should be fairly universal- if nothing else, get a cheap antenna replacement kit and cannibalize it.
I'm sure the dealer could find the part for three times the cost of a whole antenna kit.

Part Number 85087 PLUG, ANTENNA might be what you are looking for although there isnt a picture to guarantee it.
