ok i payed some guy to tow this dsm i bought real cheap because it needed a bottom end. i went to check my car out when i got home at my apartment and it looked like this. and now the hood won't close.
according to him the car was like that when he got it. but i saw it a few days before and it wasn't. i inspected it and there doesn't seem to be any damage to the radiator or anything but my thing is, can this piece of metal be fixed.........welded/bolted back on. the tow company told me to get it fixed and bring them a bill, so i just want to know if this is a do-it-yourself kind of thing or is this major body damage we are talking about. lmk please.

also here are some loose wires that were next to the alternator. i think it was from the flip up lights because when i try to turn them on the don't flip up.
help please anyone.
