Installing OEM Foglights on RS

I have an 98 RS without fog lights, can and how do I install OEM GS foglights. If anyone knows please let me know.

FYI:ont buy oem replacements from "Pilot" they are far from oem fitting. they are junk, buy used ones from somebody on here.

I bought used lights, now how do I wire them, does anyone have any advice before I try it on my own.
