painting spoiler?

I got the idea the other day of painting my spoiler black, I'm getting ready to do the mirrors because they are faded, and I know i can't match the red on the car. So I'll just do the mirrors black, and I was wondering if it would look right if i painted the spoiler black too, or if anyone has any pics where they have done it? The car is red as Im sure you guessed, but Im not sure if it will look right or not. And i know that if i do it and it doesnt look right i cant ''UNDO'' it and put it back red, well not outta a can and make it look right.

i've thought about that on numerous times, but with the 97-99 turbo spoiler. the problem with my car's paint is that while it looks like the stock durango copper, its actually somewhat different, so a shop that tries to match it matches the factory color correctly, but then it doesn't match my car. i think it would look pretty good, but you might want to get some pics photoshopped so you can visualize it better.

i think red with a black spoiler would look good. i like how the red 2g talons look with their black spoilers

One of my friends has a green 97 Talon and it looks good to me with a black spoiler, but then again the spoiler sits up off the car... On the 1G the spoiler is on the car, you know what i mean? Oh well, i think im gonna hit the photoshop.

talons come with black wings regardless of their colors and they look good,try it with photochop,then if you like it go for it.peace.

just a little tip, anyone who paints ANY type of plastic should def. go with Krylon plastic fusion. it is the best paint ever, I painted my whole interior with it(before I wrecked it , check it out, http://www.dsmtuners.com/gallery/showgallery.php?cat=500&ppuser=42259

OK, I painted it and it looks awesome, I would definately recomend doing it, i also painted my mirrors and door handles as well. I will put up some pics before too long.
