Really Dumb SEAT COVER question

i bought new seat covers in these cheap package... they don't exactly fit "snug" they are loose all around... any ideas or am i doing something wrong? do i take out the seats to put them on?

First off, FILL OUT YOUR VEHICLE PROFILE!!!!

Second, usually the cheap seat covers are really loose. If they are made to fit everything, how can you expect them to be tight?

should i take the seats off to tie them back and stuff? and wehre would i find seat covers that fit just my car or close to it?
