stock infinity spyer HU

Quick question, i did some searching and couldn't find what i was looking for: Will I need an installation kit to install an aftermarket HU in the spot of my stcok Infinity? the stock HU is the same size as the new one. Also, how do i get the old one out of there?? thanks alot

The new head unit should have mounting points in the same places as the old ones on the factory brackets.
