Thanks for the link. i was actually trying to make one out of a center wing of a 1g. im about half way done with it also

The Solarwing would be so easy to vaccum form. I think I shall make me a mold of one. Then form something. I'm gonna make the lines straighter, so it doesn't curve in so much at the top. And make it where it doesn't flare out on the end. I will have some designs tonight. Be back in a week or so with results.

Very interested in this. I was thinking the same thing about the flare and curve, being that a 1g has a lot of straight lines. I wanted to buy one cause I live in the desert but doesn't look as good as it could with the 1g straight lines.
