I'm just starting to think about getting the tinting redone on my car since it has turned purple. I am thinking about the mirror kind of tint, but does anyone know about how much something like that would run? Also anyone know how much I would spend getting a standard kind of tint? Any help is appreciated. :thumb:

tint average price is prolly 150

i have seen some places as low as 80 but only for legal tint, and no lifetime warentee

mirror tint is ugly

i have the mirror tint. they call it the endurance series looks good. i was skeptical at first but it turned out real good

150 is about right if you don't have to strip any old tint.

Mirror tint, i dont think it looks good, esp if you can't go full window. I would say go for the black :D

I'm looking to get my windows retinted(not a priority, but still when i can), and it seems that shops charge around average $30-$50 to strip the old tint.

I was quoted half the total price of the new tint. OMG Yea, leaving my old crappo tint on. Not worth a $200+ job. I would imagine that would be the running at most places.

Theres 2 layers of tint, the last layer in the one that is the actual 'tint', while the bottom layer, well I dont know what that does, but its hard as hell to take off, which is why its so expensive to take off.
