Explain a little more what you mean by "wrap."9D9 MITSU RS said:do you mean covering the entire car in vinyl? I've only seen that for advertising purposes on company cars. It's called a Vinyl Wrap.Explain a little more what you mean by "wrap."
j/k but it would be the perfect advertisement car for armor all.9D9 MITSU RS said:Most vinyl shops, as well as tint shops say that the sun will bake out the bubbles. They usually guarantee that. If you can't afford paint now though, it's going to set you even farther away from it if you do this. Vinyl isn't durable. Rock chips will make it peel. Sadly enough, I had vinyl graphics b4. I know. I'd say you're going to spend atleast $500 to cover an entire car with any decent material. Lots of people say you can have a car painted for $2,000. You'd be 1/4 of the way there. Just something to think about.

Think of how much of a pain it is to remove the stuff once it has been on for a while, that plus the risidual glue left over is going to take a bit of time to remove. It can be done but you will be paying by the hour and if the stock paint gets scarred up in the process you are going to have to pay to fix it.
