OK why do you guys HATE riced out cars..i think someof them look tight..yah they may e slow but they look good...
now i am not goin to go and by altezzas a fiberglas wing custom body work and spend nothing on my engine......but i would like a body kit paint it black with red flames shaved door hanles and custom interior but i am still going t get a turbo for my n/t and pimp out the engine

it depends. some people are just doing it because of F&F. some people rice their cars for show and show only. some people don't like all that and just want speed. it's all peronal choice.

Personally, I think as long as it's "clean" and not tacky, it's cool to do show mods.

I hate rice b/c most of the guys who are ricers think "105hp engine + muffler + intake + nasty bodykit + fugly rims= fastest car ever". So they think they can outrun everything b/c they LOOK fast (even that is subjective). They give everyone w/ an import a bad name b/c they drive stupid, act stupid, etc. At least, that's what those losers do around here.

show mods are alright, but strictly street cars, with show mods, and no engine work, i think are rice. IMO anything on the street that looks fast, but isnt, is rice.

I prefer a clean look, I don't think wing's, body kit's and other bs look good. If you are going to do an exterior upgrade go with wheels and not the one's from autobarn please.

i dont have a problem with people that want to make there car look "fast", its there money they can do whatever they want.
but the thing that gets to me, it was said a few times already, is that they think they have the fastest car in the world because they have a cool looking car and u know they have zero engine mods

oh yes - "r". This poor letter - one that should stand for power and "r"espect is thrown around and treated like the town bicycle - not that im a honda afficionado or anything, but it is the grandaddy of ricedom.
How bout this one - it has been spotted, no joke - a saturn sc2 with american racing 16's wrapped in 60 sidewalls, windsheild washer led's, do-it-your-self tints (with the air bubbles of course), a strobe that must've been plugged into the car lighter, and on the back? - this is great - an "m" from an m3 followed by a 2 from a 325 bmw - i think that would make that a saturn "m2" O.
This is by far the funniest car i've ever seen - to this day i can be put in tears with laughter from the picture in my head.

Interior/exterior is perfectly fine for show - but just as everyone unanimosly agrees here, don't think you're the sh*t cause you got a bodykit

I took the "X" off GSX and the turbo sticker too..... What would be the opposite of rice? shoot i even left the bra on and the sissy puple swooshy graphics on the door

Well, IMO I think that if you want to look good and do just shows that is fine, put the bodykit and wing on.. but just don't go around town like you own every car out there.. I have a few engine mods done and I also have a kit and an aftermarket wing.. (its reasonable, not tacky) but I do more shows then anything else. I love to see people get enjoyment out of looking at my car.. and seeing kids at shows going crazy over my car.. it gives me a good feeling.. general rule of thumb, "For every body mod and accessory, one engine or tunning mod"
