i ruined mine. i need a new one. i'm gonna smoke all three, but my center peice is ruined. i don't want to buy all three, anybody know where i can buy just the center? i don't care if it's stock, gaytezza or whatever since i'll be smokin' it.

No shit - how many times have people been screwed over by dealerships? If all I wanted to do was throw my money away, I sure as hell wouldn't be here looking for ways to save money and be smart.

I can buy a "new" 3000GT VR4 tranny from Dodge for $6000. I can buy the same one from Mitsu for $4000. I can buy an upgraded, hardened input and output shaft, revised synchro Kormex for $2000.

Sure- it's a STOCK part, but I can get an upgrade for 50-66% LESS by coming to a web forum and asking around. It's not that difficult to understand that dealerships don't have realistic pricing, nor that it should be mostly obvious to most people that if you're asking for a part- you could probably GET it at the stealership, but you're gonna pay an insane amount- THUS we want CHEAPER PARTS, and we want to INSTALL them our selves.
