sorry to hear about that, i wrote of my 90 tsi last winter it sucks. as for repair your prolly looking at 3000-4000$. gl

Twas the month for passenger side damages.
Sorry for your loss. But keep your head up. At least it was a car and not a life... I keep telling myself that, but sometime's it doesn't work.

alot of people are ####in retarts on the roads today, especially the older people in there 40's and up. Im 19 and i feel i have more experience on the road than a person with 20 years, i also ride a street bike so im also more aware of whats going on even in a car, but honestly its those kind of people who you just want to bi*** slap around and take there licenese away.

Insurance can rebuild that proble as long as they didnt salvage it

yea your right eclipsemblue this guy was like 48 and had no insurense but yea i am going to get it reapied i have put too much money in it to give it away its good that i got full coverage for insurance i was debating to get it or not but im glad i did.

wow man sorry to hear/see that

although this may not be the best time to say it, i really like the way your car looks (as far as lowering/wheels) goodluck getting it fixed back up.

thinking you know how to drive is also why people get cocky on the roads. the guy probably thought he knew how to drive and lossed track of what he was doing.

That's one of the most ignorant statements i've read all night. When you're older, you'll look back and understand what I mean. I felt the same when I was 19, so I know from real experience..heh.

Sorry about the extreme pain and upcoming months of living in absolute misery with emotional trauma.

First, I am glad your alright and no one got hurt.

Second, Watch picking on us 40 year olds!!!!!!! :laser:

my 91 got t boned recntly too, was in the city and somneone was doing about 45-50 in a 30 on a 1 way street. i was 3/4 through the intersection when they came flying up and hit me, caught my real wheel. driver wasnt even paying attention, didnt even hit her brakes. if she had, and slowed down the slightest bit, i would have had plenty of time to get out of her way.

not my rear wheel sits at a 45 degree angle, and the rear quarter pannel is dented and creased from the rear bumper into the door jam.

I think that everyone should know how to ride a streetbike. I couldn't believe how much it helped my driving.

Also, motorcycles kick so much ass it isn't even funny.

Sorry about your ride, 94. Good luck with the insurance company. Hope they don't write it off...

Damn! I guess I'm getting old. This is how you know I suppose, when "older" is people in their 40's and up. I'm not there yet, but getting close. Sh!t, now I'm old!!

As an aside, coming from someone who is "older", at 19 years old you greatly overestimate your driving abilities. Take it from someone was 19 a long time ago. In 15 years you'll agree with me.

It is good you are a confident driver and im sure it helps having a bike, keeping you alert, but there is no replacement for years of experience. I am not saying you are a bad driver, but in 10-15 years you will be a much bettter one.

driving is one thing that experience doesnt really matter in. its more important that you are aware of other people/things that are happening around you. all the experience in the world will not help you the slightest when driving through an intercetion and getting ran over by someone running a red light.

Punctuation owns you big time :|

As far as the driving thing, im 20 and i think im an extremely good driver. Confidence plays a big part of driving. My ex g/f used to be dead scared behind the wheel of a car and things like merging onto a huge highway like I-95 just wasnt going to happen. If you arent confident in your abilities, its going to lead to more accidents. Just my .02

If you need any parts I have a few DSMs I am parting out including a 91 GSX. I have a few sets of doors and also would be willing to cut the rear sheet metal out for you.

Later

your comment just got me wondering... "HOW HARD IS IT TO PASS THE EXAM TO GET A DRIVER'S LICENSE IN YOUR NECK OF THE WOODS?" with the way you wrote that comment, getting a license to drive in your town is probably as easy as getting a library card.

i didn't mean to take the topic off the thread but i just couldn't help it... sorry
