Weight-1g seats

I have the stock 1 gen buckets, two tone cloth material. Does anyone know offhand the weight of these?? Could i remove the large metal plate where the seat tracks are bolted to, or will there be nothing to bolt the tracks if their removed??

...Thanks, just the kind of information i was looking for.

so i took the seat apart and the pan under the seat itself isnt the heavy part, its the seat track itself. A lot heavier than i thought!
