2" to 2 1/6" gauge pod modification

Well i seem to only find good prices gauge bezel pods for my 2g only in 2" size, how hard is it to open it up 2 1/6', what tools should i use? how should i do it? good idea or will it break or something?

I used a dremel with a sanding bit on it, it worked great for me.

there 2 & 1/16th not 2 & 1/6th - i normaly wouldnt point out a typo sept' ya made the same mistake twice.
odds are ya wont need to open it up at all.
that 1/32" of a inch on each side of the guage wont hurt nuttin.

i opened mine from 52mm to 60mm just be careful and use a dreamel it's prettyeasy
