I did it black because I'm doing my seats in black/grey vinyl and will get black carpet.

it looked so much better before...had alot of character. haha, looks good man, how did you do it, how much did you end up spending?

Character...haha...

Well it's pretty simple..just take out your headliner, take out of the used glue that's there, cut the headliner material to the shape of the headliner, and then glue it on when some heavy spray glue (3m) and put it back.

Total it cost me probably 20 bucks and about 2-3 hours of my time.

when i owned my old 89 dodge shadow (my first car) It needed a headliner... and i spent 40 bux... but 30 of it was on this material that had glow in the dark stars and crap on it... it was the biggest hippy mobile ever... Complete with cheech and chong bobble heads, coat hanger holding up the STOCK exhaust, the paint chippin off, and the dancing bear stickers all over it.

How much headliner material do you buy?

They sell it by the yard at the local Joann Fabrics store. I'm thinking I should buy 2 yards, but the actual amount needed is closer to 1.
