trying to remover bumper on a 97 eclipse

Pull the headlight out? I have a 1g so I am not sure without looking at it. But my guess is, you will need to pull the lights out.
 
need to find a place so you can elevate the car so you can work from underneath

or get a special tool (why i can't remember the name is i dunno)
