What rims are these?

I bought a 92 TSI and the aftermarket rims on it are pretty banged up but I like the look of them. I have no idea what type of rims they are aside from the fact that they are 16" x 7-8". There are no distinguishing marks on them at all. I would like to replace them or at least get some specs on them but have no idea what brand they are. Has anyone seen these before?

the style looks very american so i'd check out some of the more american vendors like american racing and stuff like that, but i'd almost bet that they've not been built for years.

Ask a guy here named chuckdog_5 , he has wheels that look almost exactly like that on his car.
