Lip Repair??

I have a chance to buy a rmdsm lip but it is cracked. No chunks are broken off the middle just has a crack in it.

i know lots of you guys have broken you lips, so how do you fix them? what kind of products do you use. any details would be very helpful

also what did some of you guys use to cut the front part of the lip off if that broke?

I seriously don't know how to repair it... could you use some bonding crap and then repaint the thing? Some hedge clippers could probably cut that thing too

is it fiberglass or pollyeurathane?
