how to fix the rubber piece on the door?

on the rubber piece on the door its about half way down it is comming off it looks like glue was holding it on what should i use to fix this before it falls off?

Are you talkign about the weatherstripping? If so, then you can either buy a new piece, or some contact cement/rubber cement and put it back on. I would just go buy another piece and put it on.

it is not the molding i have a 92 tsi i think it is part of the ground effects but it is on the door.
