Valve Cover Gasket

When replacing the valve cover, can the same valve cover gasket be used or would I need a new one and if so, where can I get one? Thanks in advance.

It can be re-used using a THIN layer of RTV its a fairly low-pressure area so its not that hard to seal off - but if ya got the money laying around replace it.

EDIT : didnt see those top posts where the rice stuff was mentioned. i agree this question would be better somewhere else in another forum, but i wouldnt go as far as to call this forum "the rice forum"
