Are all the interior parts in my gsx that look like leather real? Im refering to the door panels, steering wheel, shift boot, etc. When I clean my interior I use armor all on the plastic and leather cleaner/conditioner on the leather but some things Im not sure just what material they are.

I believe the shift boot is leather, the door panels are vinyl, but I'm not sure about the steering wheel, I think that is vinyl too.

The GST generally came with composite steering wheels, where as the GSX comes with a leather wheel. With the leather you can see the leather wrapped wheel due to the stitching.

Can't comment on the rest of the car, but pretty certain about the steering wheels. Hope this helps.

Meguire's Leather Care is also good for vinyl, so that's part of it.

If the wheel's stitched, it's leather.

The seats seem to be leather on the front and top, and the sides and rears of them are vinyl. If you look with a magnifying glass, it'll show.

Do not use armor all in any interior surface of your car, it will just dry it out and crack. Use a decent leather protector that has silicone in it.

I use 303 Aerospace Leather Protectant in the GSX and in the Vette, comes with SPF40 sunblocker.

I think all seating surfaces and the dash are leather. Anything you dont sit on like the sides of the seats are vinyl.

Uh, the dash sure isn't leather.

The only leather in my car is the front side of the front seats, the rest is vinyl
