Help with lights

[PL Eclipse 98]

Yesterday I went to turn my car on and when i put the lights on..the interior orange lights that are supposed to turn on..didnt...i thought it was the dimmer but turns out its not..i'm pretty sure its a fuse but my taillights arent turning on either when i put my lights on...does any1 know wat fuse it could be...or why they both went out?
