My loud ass fuel pump is driving me nuts, its louder than the engine. Has anyone found a waya to insulate it or deaden the sound that it makes. My attempt was to put carpet padding all in the inside of the trunk and under the back seat, it didn't work that great.

If there are any how to's on this, I would appreciate it

Try gettin the fuel pump rewire kit, you can find the kit anywhere on ebay. Im pretty sure that will eliminate the noise and allow ur pump to flow alot better.

I got the stock one in there right now, and I think it is louder than your 255, LOL. I looked into dynomat, but I don't have the money right now, ill look into the rewire kit tho.

WTf the stock one shouldnt be making any noise something is wrong then...

ok, that gives me an excuse to get rid of the darn thing, and start modding the car, I'll get a 190, 550's an a 14b and boost into the high 13's/low 14's :D
